Manager / Assistant Manager - Legal (Attorney at Law) Banking & Finance Industry
Our client, Non-banking Finance Company and a member of well-established and a reputed conglomerate in Sri Lanka is currently looking for Qualified and Experienced profile to join their team.
Key Requirements:
- Attorney-at-Law with a minimum of 10 years of experience. An L.L.B. or a higher qualification would be an added advantage.
- Notary Public licensed to practice in both Sinhala and English within the Colombo Judicial Zone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
- Represent the Company and make applications and submissions in courts and tribunals. Draft Plaint, Answers, Petitions, and other legal documents to be filed in courts, tribunals, and arbitration centres on behalf of the Company.
- Draft and review agreements, deeds, and other notarial documents, and provide title recommendations for the Company.
- Oversee the Company's litigation portfolio and supervise subordinate legal staff to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience in the financial sector would be an added advantage.
