Home care/Regulatory officer
Daniel Consultancy is a fast-growing outsourcing practice providing core accounting services to UK-based entities. One of our clients is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic home care/ regulatory officer who can be part of our success team in Sri Lanka.
Job Profile
This position is responsible for managing staff, ensuring the quality of nursing care, monitoring daily and weekly reports, and completing various audits and risk assessments.
Main Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of care home software to ensure healthcare standards are maintained
- Reporting nursing care breaches to senior management
- Ensuring care home policies are up-to-date and aligned with regulatory standards
- Supporting the maintenance of CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards
- Auditing nursing documentation and risk assessments
- Managing staff timesheets and operational checklists
- Identifying compliance gaps and reporting directly to directors
Who You Are?
- Holds a BSc in Nursing
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in nursing administration or academic nursing
- Retired nursing professionals are also encouraged to apply
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident in using IT tools and healthcare software
Salary
Please mention your expected salary. But it must be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM and Saturday 2.00 PM to 6.00 PM.
