SENIOR SALES MANAGER (MALE / FEMALE)
The ability to manage and guide a Sales team, set sales targets to efficiently implement marketing strategies to achieve set goals is expected of the successful applicant. This role requires:
- Age below 45 years ( Male / Female )
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing Communication or Business Administration
- Previous experience as Head of Sales / Senior Sales Manager, ideally from a similar organisation
- A leader who can inspire high performance
- Proven track record of achieving growth and delivery
- Also experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
- Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy
- Setting revenue targets and key performance indicators
- Assessing company performance against KPIs
- Implementing sales strategies and monitoring effectiveness
- Keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors
- Confident to build your own network, passion to close deals and bring results
SALES CONSULTANT / SALES EXECUTIVE (MALE / FEMALE)
- Age below 35 years ( Male / Female )
- Partly or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM would be an advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent PR Skills
- IT Literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhalese ( Tamil Language will be added advantage)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Self-driven and self-disciplined with the ability to manage appointments/ sales reports
- Previous experience in a similar capacity / industry will be an added advantage
- Confidence in earning substantially through selling
- Flexibility and availability for all events, promotions, launches etc.
- Understanding & making self-available for any sales/ company related task
- Proactive attitude, out of the box thinking, going the extra mile
TRAINEE SALES ASSISTANT (MALE / FEMALE)
- Age between 18-25 years ( Male / Female )
- Passed G.C.E A/L
- Partly or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM would be an advantage
- IT Literacy
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Sinhalese ( Tamil Language will be an added advantage)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Flexibility and availability for all events, promotions, launches etc.
- Previous experience in a similar capacity / industry will be an added advantage
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
SERVICE ASSISTANT (MALE / FEMALE)
Personal Profile / Requirements:
- GCE Advanced Level or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, friendly and pleasant appearance. Knowledge in Tamil language will be an added qualification.
- Computer skills - MS office, Outlook, Data Entry and Service Management software, Email and Communication platform.
- Knowledge/ Qualifications in the automobile trade will be an added advantage.
- Age – below 30 years
Accountabilities:
- Record customer requests for workshop appointments, assign and priorities them according to the services to be performed, in co-operation with the service advisors.
- Follow up with the Service Advisors on their vehicles in progress in order to update the booking statistic.
- Check the Appointment/Capacity Planning System to make sure that all finished cars are out of the system in order to update the workshop capacity for new appointments.
- Operate the telephone system.
- Create service-related statistics.
