ASSISTANT: BULK MERCHANDISING
Club Tex Mark (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted manufacturer of high-quality intimate apparel, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant – Bulk Merchandising to support our merchandising operations and production workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the merchandising team in handling bulk orders from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, and quality teams for on-time execution.
- Follow up on trims, fabric, and accessory sourcing.
- Maintain records, update order status sheets, and track delivery timelines.
- Support communication with buyers on production updates and approvals.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field in the apparel industry.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and documentation.
- Diploma or certificate in Merchandising/Textiles/Fashion is an advantage.
