SENIOR MANAGER – PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS (APPAREL SECTOR)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process, including merchandising, planning, cutting, finished goods, and exports.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for efficient workflow.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage inventory, raw materials, and finished goods to align with production needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control.
- Handle export documentation and ensure timely shipment of finished products.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the production team to drive performance and growth.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices across operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in production and operations management in the apparel sector.
- Proven expertise in managing merchandising, planning, cutting, finished goods, and export operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
