Colombo Academy of Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd, in partnership with William Angliss Institute (RTO No: 3045), Australia, is Sri Lanka’s largest specialized training center for Hospitality, Foods, Events, and Tourism. We are located within the SLIIT Main Campus in Malabe, Sri Lanka.
JOB PROFILE
- Handling of and Follow Up Daily Inquiries from Various Platforms (Direct / Web / Social Media and Walk-in Inquiries)
- Ensuring Successful Handling of the Student Registration Process.
- Communicating with Target Audience and Managing Customer Relationships.
- Attending in Education Exhibitions and Various Workshops to Engage with the Public and Create Leads.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or Related Field.
- 2-4 Years of Proven Working Experience in the Relevant Field.
- Prior Working Experience in an Educational Setting Would be an Added Advantage.
- Must have Excellent English Speaking and Writing Skills.
- Ability to Work Independently and Efficiently Collaborate with the Team.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
- Ability and Eagerness to Achieve Given Departmental and Company Targets.
- Ability to Conduct Personalized Programs to Acquire Leads with Successful Conversion to Students.
