MANAGER – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary matters, and workplace misconduct
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on company policies, labor laws, and disciplinary actions
- Represent the company in labor court cases, arbitrations, and conciliation proceedings
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Develop, review, and update HR policies related to employee conduct, discipline, and grievance handling
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and advise management on legal risks and necessary actions
- Conduct disciplinary inquiries and recommend appropriate actions
- Train managers on effective employee discipline and grievance handling procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or Employment Law would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations
- Candidates with prior experience in law enforcement or as police officers will be given preference
