The extent of RMS’s experience in Facilities Management ranges from commercial to retail to residential properties. As a provider of complete real estate solutions, RMS facilitates the process of selling and leasing property, absentee landlord management, development management, residential & commercial asset management, and offers advisory services in retail, office and energy management.
A vacancy exists for the above position in one of the facilities we manage.
Requirements…
- Partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA or member of AAT Sri Lanka.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar capacity.
- Fair knowledge in Accounting Standards and other statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of current taxation law.
- High degree of proficiency in MS office packages especially in MS Excel & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Proficiency in English language.
