1. Organization Psychologist

Location - Kandy

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including selection, onboarding, exit procedures, and potential leaver identification.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop peer counselors to support employee well-being.
  • Facilitate employee discipline processes and coordinate the employee council meeting calendar.
  • Support performance improvement through counseling and workplace diagnostic tools.
  • Promote company values, performance KPIs, 55 practices, and actively engage in company-organized social initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development interventions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Contribute to achieving target levels of employee presenteeism, retention, and engagement through proactive initiatives.

Person Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a Diploma in Psychology and a Counseling Diploma.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in organizational psychology or a similar field.
  • Strong interpersonal qualities: result-oriented, disciplined, extraverted, conscientious, open, and agreeable.
  • Sound knowledge of psychotherapy methods (REBT, CBT, relaxation, psychodrama), diagnostic tools, and HR principles.
  • Familiarity with workplace standards such as Great Place to Work and performance improvement methodologies.
  • Skilled in counseling, organizational diagnosis, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and communication.
  • Ability to contribute to organizational culture development and process improvement efforts.
