Head Chef Wanted – Busy Western Café in Weligama
We're hiring for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our fast-paced, high-volume Western café in Weligama, Sri Lanka.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in reputable, fast-paced Western-style cafés or restaurants
- Excellent leadership and communication skills – you'll be managing a team of 10+
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, food safety, and team training
- A minimum commitment of 1 year
- A desire to grow within the team and take ownership of the kitchen’s ongoing success
- Creative, hands-on approach to menu development and daily service
