MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring seamless operation and maintenance of all critical facility, machinery and systems, including HVAC (Chillers, AHUs, ACs), Water Pumps, Generators, Electrical Panels, UPS, Refrigeration, and all Bar/Kitchen equipment, across the main facility and company accommodations.
- Managing the installation and upkeep of essential infrastructure, such as telephone systems, fire safety lines and pumps.
- Leading and overseeing all renovation and construction projects.
- Building and nurturing relationships with external contractors and service providers.
- Spearheading talent acquisition and development for the maintenance team, including training and performance management to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring optimal stock levels of department consumables.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Professional qualifications in a recognized institution preferably in Electrical and Electronics and minimum 4 year experience in the similar capacity.
- Or NDT/HND/Diploma in a recognized institution preferably in Electrical and Electronics and minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar capacity.
- Or NCT in a recognized institution preferably in Electrical and Electronics and minimum 6 years’ experience in the similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
