Job Description
We are hiring a Level 2 or Level 3 NOC / IT Support Engineer to work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You must be fully qualified and able to work independently—this is not a training position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Windows Servers and clients
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Troubleshoot networking, VPNs, firewalls, and VLANs
- Use RMM tools for patching and remote monitoring
- Document tasks and follow professional IT standards
- Linux knowledge is a plus (not required)
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong skills in Windows Server environments, AD, GPOs, and networking
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues without guidance
- Basic English is acceptable (AI tools used for documentation)
Preferred Education/Certifications
- Diploma in IT, Networking, or System Administration
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus
Work Mode
Hybrid – Colombo-based (remote work with occasional on-site tasks)
