Job Description

We are hiring a Level 2 or Level 3 NOC / IT Support Engineer to work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. You must be fully qualified and able to work independently—this is not a training position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for Windows Servers and clients
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • Troubleshoot networking, VPNs, firewalls, and VLANs
  • Use RMM tools for patching and remote monitoring
  • Document tasks and follow professional IT standards
  • Linux knowledge is a plus (not required)

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong skills in Windows Server environments, AD, GPOs, and networking
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues without guidance
  • Basic English is acceptable (AI tools used for documentation)

Preferred Education/Certifications

  • Diploma in IT, Networking, or System Administration
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, MCSA, or CCNA are a plus

Work Mode

Hybrid – Colombo-based (remote work with occasional on-site tasks)
