SENIOR EXECUTIVE – QUALITY ASSURANCE & RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, optimization, and documentation of R&D protocols and product life cycle management for existing and new herbal formulations.
- Formulate and standardize scientific methodologies for efficacy validation, stability, shelf-life studies, and technical dossier preparation.
- Oversee proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, quality control, handling, and packaging during new product launches.
- Possess hands-on experience in laboratory operations related to Microbiology and Chemistry.
- Address product quality issues and lead customer complaint handling.
- Provide technical support for regulatory submissions, label claims, and product certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for formulation improvement, scale-up, and technology transfer.
- Liaise with vendors and the procurement team regarding quality deviations in raw and packaging materials.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree from a recognized university or equivalent qualification in Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or Agriculture.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Herbal R&D is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills.
