Executive Housekeeper

We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to efficiently manage the housekeeping department, ensuring top cleanliness standards and smooth daily operations. The role requires strict adherence to hotel policies and SOPs, effective team supervision, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring adherence to SOPs and high standards.
  • Maintain accurate housekeeping records and manage staff rosters for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate special cleaning projects and conduct regular team briefings and training.
  • Monitor linen and supply inventory, ensuring cost-effective usage and minimal waste.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and liaise with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Ensure staff safety, emergency, grooming, and hygiene protocols.
  • Support budget planning and implement cost control measures to meet departmental targets.
  • Maintain and adhere to the departmental budget and cost line.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Graduate of the Hotel School (SLITHM) or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet departmental goals.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Computer literate (MS - Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
