Job Profile:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, providing prompt and viable solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum of three passes at GCE (A/L) examination excluding General English
- Passed the GCE (O/L) examination with two Credit Passes for Mathematics and English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Sinhala and English Languages
- Proficiency in Tamil language would be definite advantage
- Prior experience in Customer Servicing is preferred
- Willingness to work on a shift basis and roster basis (weekends/bank holidays)
