Job Profile:

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally via phone, providing prompt and viable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of three passes at GCE (A/L) examination excluding General English
  • Passed the GCE (O/L) examination with two Credit Passes for Mathematics and English
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Sinhala and English Languages
  • Proficiency in Tamil language would be definite advantage
  • Prior experience in Customer Servicing is preferred
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis and roster basis (weekends/bank holidays)
