ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop smart strategies to attract new clients and grow our Customer base
  • Spot new market opportunities, trends, and areas for expansion
  • Build financial models and provide insights to support big decisions
  • Explore new technologies and ideas that can shape our future
  • Stay ahead of the competition with strong industry and market research
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions that truly add value
  • Take ownership of business development projects – from start to finish
  • Pitch bold ideas and tailor proposals that win deals
  • Strengthen partnerships and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to deliver top-tier service

What You’ll Bring:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification (Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing is a plus!)
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
  • Great communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Sharp analytical thinking – you turn data into decisions
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  • Good command of MS Office and familiar with BD tools
  • A proven record of hitting targets and delivering results
