ASSISTANT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Do you have the vision to grow a business and the energy to make things happen? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a sharp eye for opportunity, a mind for strategy, and the drive to build lasting client relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop smart strategies to attract new clients and grow our Customer base
- Spot new market opportunities, trends, and areas for expansion
- Build financial models and provide insights to support big decisions
- Explore new technologies and ideas that can shape our future
- Stay ahead of the competition with strong industry and market research
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that truly add value
- Take ownership of business development projects – from start to finish
- Pitch bold ideas and tailor proposals that win deals
- Strengthen partnerships and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to deliver top-tier service
What You’ll Bring:
- G.C.E. A/L qualification (Degree or Diploma in Business/Marketing is a plus!)
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role
- Great communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Sharp analytical thinking – you turn data into decisions
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Good command of MS Office and familiar with BD tools
- A proven record of hitting targets and delivering results
