Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to grant discounts to renewal policies of branches, head office in order to maintain a healthy renewal ratio, as stipulated by Management.
- Attending to grant discounts to finance company & broker lists of following month.
- Coordinate with reinsurance department for inward & outward reinsurance requirements & timely offer rates.
- Liaising & co-operating with other relevant departments & branches to handle discount & change of agency related sales/ branch queries.
- Follow up actions to verify the correctness of U/W records, payments & cancellations of Reinsurance/ coinsurance & coordinate with Reinsurance dept for post adjustments.
- Attend to hold cancellation requests from branches & sales channels when required.
- Arrange branch demonstrations to branch staff after system modifications whenever necessary.
- Perform additional work assigned by the management from time to time.
Qualifications & Pre-requisites
- A Degree or Special Degree in a relevant field from a University/Institute recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
