We Are Hiring – CAD/CAM CNC Designer
Join our innovative and growing team at Ishara Engineering Service (Pvt) Ltd, a reputed engineering firm located in Kotugoda, Sri Lanka. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM CNC Designer to support our precision manufacturing and product development operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings and models for CNC machining.
- Develop CAM programs and set up CNC machines for production.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize design and workflow.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of design tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CAD/CAM design and CNC programming.
- Proficiency in softwares related to designing.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operations and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings.
- Age below 45 years preferred.
