Job Profile
- Achieve revenue and profit targets for the store.
- Ensure that excellent customer service standards are maintained.
- Independently lead a motivated team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Maintain shop merchandising standards and display all products.
- Train shop assistants on product knowledge and customer handling.
- Inspect all areas of the store and proactively resolve any issues.
Personal Profile
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role ideally in the Consumer Durable Retailing Industry.
- Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- Possess effective leadership & team management skills.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Strong extra-curricular activity record.
- Overseas Retail experience will be an added advantage.
