Operations Executive
JOB PROFILE
- Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational processes within the sales team.
- Manage cash and petty cash transactions with precision, ensuring accountability.
- Handle invoicing procedures efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain and organize documentation for smooth and effective record-keeping.
- Coordinate banking transactions in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in scheduling, documentation management, and ensuring effective communication within the sales team.
- Organize both financial and non-financial data electronically and generate timely reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP systems will be considered a plus.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
