Operations Executive

JOB PROFILE

  • Oversee administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational processes within the sales team.
  • Manage cash and petty cash transactions with precision, ensuring accountability.
  • Handle invoicing procedures efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain and organize documentation for smooth and effective record-keeping.
  • Coordinate banking transactions in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in scheduling, documentation management, and ensuring effective communication within the sales team.
  • Organize both financial and non-financial data electronically and generate timely reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP systems will be considered a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
