Drive sales target and maintain debtors below the company expected levels.
Oversee retail operations related to solar products, including merchandising, display standards, and stock availability.
Conduct product training for retail staff and supervisors to ensure accurate customer consultation.
Achieve unit targets assigned for the area and interact with the channel partners/end users.
Focusing on key functions and ensuring incremental sales through dealers of the allocated area.

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) examinations with credit passes for Mathematics and English.
Qualifications related to sales and marketing field.
Effective communication & problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to travel across the country.
Age below 30 years.
