HR Senior Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's objectives.
- Ensure legal compliance and HR best practices across all departments.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support staff development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to Multitask and Ability to handle pressure situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Male/Female Candidate age between 35 to 45 years.
