WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN
EXECUTIVE—BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
JOB PROFILE
- Manage key client relationships with government bodies, private sector organizations, insurance companies and corporate wellness programs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, promoting preventive health checkups and wellness services and achieving revenue targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements with key clients to establish long term, value driven partnerships.
- Coordinate service delivery with internal teams to ensure timely execution of medical screening services and follow ups.
- Track market trends and generate performance reports with insights on revenue growth, client feedback and industry developments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
- 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development within healthcare, diagnostics or medical screening industries.
- Proven experience working with hospitals, clinics, insurance providers or corporate wellness programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, target driven environment.
- Having a driving license will be an added advantage.
