Oversee and maintain all mechanical operations within the mill section of the sugar factory.
Ensure optimal performance of critical equipment such as mills, gearboxes, turbines, and conveyors.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
Monitor equipment health and lead troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades.
Maintain proper documentation of equipment performance, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Comply with and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the plant.

B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sugar mill or similar large-scale manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, rotary equipment, and mill operations.
Familiarity with sugar production processes will be a distinct advantage.
Eligibility for registration with a recognized professional engineering body is preferred.
