Revenue Assurance
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader with over 8 years of experience in managing large-scale retail and franchise operations within the telecommunications or FMCG industry. Demonstrates a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets, improving service delivery, and driving operational excellence across multi-site customer service outlets. Possesses a deep understanding of franchise business models, customer experience management, and performance-based leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of database and programming languages such as SQL.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond promptly to unusual usage patterns or abnormal behaviors.
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end product testing and validation.
- Generate and verify ad-hoc reports using SQL.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
