SENIOR FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a front office leadership role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Personality: Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Availability: Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of front desk or customer service experience in a hospitality setting.
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or relevant training is an advantage.
- Friendly, confident, and well-groomed with a welcoming personality.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Proficient with MS Office and basic hotel software systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and professional conduct.
