Executive/ Senior Executive – HR & Administration

We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Executive/ Senior Executive – HR & Administration. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring HR compliance, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and supporting data-driven human resource strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records and systems
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
  • Assist with administrative operations and office management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration (Professional HR certifications are an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR and administrative functions
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge in Accounting is an added advantage
