Executive - Quality Assurance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Conduct quality inspections and checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols, documentation, and systems.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SLS, and Halal certification requirements.
- Support internal and external audits related to quality and food safety certifications.
- Prepare and present detailed quality and compliance reports to management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools specific to food processing.
- Familiarity with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SLS, and Halal certification processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quality Assurance related software tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Male Candidates are preferred.
