Executive – Sales (Kaluthara District)

The Job Role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key industry contacts.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through market research and active networking.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and demos to prospective customers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
  • Report sales performance and updates regularly to management.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience in the lubricants industry is preferred but not mandatory. We welcome freshers to apply.
  • Must have a valid riding license for this role.
  • Minimum Education Level – GCE A/L.
  • Understanding of lubricant products, applications, and market dynamics is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
