ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (WATTALA)

JOB PROFILE

  • Lead strategic initiatives to increase patient volumes and maximize revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with General Practitioners, Consultants and Healthcare Partners to expand referral channels and increase conversations.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional efforts for core services, ensuring enhanced brand visibility and lead generation through well executed strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor daily performance, analyze key metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent business growth and alignment with organizational objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, Healthcare Management from a recognized University/ Institute.
  • A minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing within the healthcare industry, with a focus on hospital related services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong ability to strategize, analyze data and drive impactful results.
