Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Update and maintain HR systems and other internal records accurately.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets via Excel.
  • Prepare, document, and send website updates to our external website partner.
  • Provide basic support with social media updates and online.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and small projects as needed.

LOCATION

Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka

WORK HOURS

12.30PM to 9.30PM 45hrs/week

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)

Minimum 1-2 years experience

ACADEMIC (OPTIONAL)

Diploma or HND in any related field
