Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (call center or call center associate preferred)
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluency in Sinhala and English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Proven ability in people handling and conducting training programs
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules
