Project Manager - MEP
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - MEP to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget & scope, also to the highest quality standards while maintaining strict safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for MEP systems (Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection & Detection)
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and HSE standards
- Prepare risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Manage project documentation (RFIs, change orders, progress reports)
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc Eng. specialized in mechanical/electrical engineering
- 5+ years MEP experience with 2+ years in project management
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencing
- Proven track record of delivering medium to large scale MEP projects
- Experience in MEP Installations in Manufacturing and Warehouse Facilities
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skill
