We are seeking a dynamic and energetic young individual who aspires to a career in the field of Sales and Marketing to join us immediately at our processing center in Welisara.
EXECUTIVE – MARKETING
THE JOB INCLUDES
- Conducting market research, analyzing trends, and evaluating competitors.
- Identifying and attracting new clients in line with company strategy and coordinating onboarding.
- Delivering sales presentations showcasing value-added and sustainable tea solutions.
- Supporting the preparation of client proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication.
- Collaborating on marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Participating in international and virtual trade events within assigned markets.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and reporting on key performance metrics.
APPLICANT PROFILE
- 5-6 years proven track record in exceptional service delivery, business development and acquiring new clients with at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Degree related to Marketing or a CIM or SLIM qualification.
- Prior experience in developing an international clientele.
- Excellent communication and persuasion as well as organizing, planning, networking, and project management skills along with an outgoing personality.
- Having prior experience in the Tea exporting industry and social media activities to approach new customers are added advantages to this position.
