Job Responsibilities
- Conduct HR data analytics and generate detailed reports to inform strategic decisions
- Foster positive employee relations and manage disciplinary processes
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and ensure statutory compliance
- Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems efficiently
- Develop and implement health & safety programs to ensure a safe working environment
- Provide administrative support for daily HR operations
Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Passionate about employee engagement and organizational development
- Coordination ability of employee training sessions to enhance skills and performance
- Knowledge about compliance audits and incident reporting
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
- Part or full qualification in HRM (CIPM/NIBM) or a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Commerce
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or administration
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near Ja Ela
