What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engage with customers via phone and chat
- Provide timely, clear, and helpful responses
- Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the team to enhance the customer experience
- Drive conversions by creating positive and impactful interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Sinhala & English
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Age below 25 preferred
- School leavers are highly encouraged to apply
