Vacancy for HR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT
Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations while supporting company policies, staff welfare, and compliance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate payroll and attendance tracking
- Support performance evaluations and staff development
- Address employee inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in organizing training and HR events
- Prepare HR reports and documentation
- Update HR policies and procedures as needed
Candidate must possess
- Degree or diploma in HRM or related field
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with HR software and MS Office
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus)
- Age Below 35 years
