Finance Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall financial operations, including cash flow, transactions, and working capital.
- Finalize financial statements in line with IFRS and company standards.
- Prepare and review budgets, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Handle treasury functions and negotiate with banks to optimize financial facilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management and the board.
- Monitor project and departmental performance and enforce internal controls.
- Lead and develop the finance team to achieve business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field.
- Professional Qualification from a recognized institute. (CA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Overall, 10 years of experience in finance and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in the construction industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP system (SAP) will be an added advantage.
