QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE
AS QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead the production quality control team and drive quality initiatives across the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits as required.
- Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System, including the preparation and control of system documentation.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
- Train production staff on quality standards and good manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support new product introductions.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and other external stakeholders regarding quality-related matters.
THE QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE SHOULD:
- A recognized diploma in quality management or an engineering degree from a reputed university (or an equivalent qualification).
- Minimum one year of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment (experience in the electrical industry is an added advantage).
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation and audits.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with quality-related software/tools.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
