Key Responsibilities Include:
- Independently lead Finance function for the company with in-depth understanding of US Healthcare RCM P&L management
- Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business objectives and growth.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and corporate policies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to build a high-performing finance function.
- Candidate must have good working experience in US Healthcare industry.
- Understanding of RCM contingency model (commission-based billing model) and impact of client level collections performance on company revenue.
- Ability to partner with operations leaders to drive profitability at client and CoE/Market level by driving optimization of key cost levers.
- Share insights on profitability and cost/revenue leakages at client level to enable key decision making for leadership.
- Proven experience in automating the finance reporting to provide on-demand view of different cost and revenue levers (by client, CoE and market).
- Experience in working with teams and operations partners across multiple global markets.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex healthcare environment.
- Strong change management and project leadership capabilities.
Qualifications/Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- CPA or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in US RCM healthcare finance, with at least 3 – 5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in directly working with the CXOs.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare reimbursement, and financial strategy.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare billing systems, and payer contracting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
