EXECUTIVE CHEF

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of taste, presentation, and creativity in all dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate on supply orders.
  • Maintain ISO 22000, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 standards with the support of quality department.
  • Implement safety checks and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Train and mentor new staff members with the support of HR department.
  • Ensure products are consistently available at any time customer requested.
  • Help material food and labor costs by minimizing Factory damages 0.5% and optimizing efficiency.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members.
  • Conduct regular inspections for compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Calculate section wise raw material usage & apply controls to secure cost.
  • Encourage a culture of smart passionate working and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain HR shift plan with given norm for each section.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary role.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and food safety regulations (ISO certifications preferred).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Outstanding culinary creativity and passion for innovation.
  • Ability to manage inventory, costs, and operations efficiently.
