HR Executive – Payroll
Candidate Profile
- A degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is often preferred
- Minimum 1 year working experience in payroll system
- Prior experience as an HR Assistant, especially with payroll processing is highly valuable
- Computer Literacy (MS Office packages with Sinhala and English typing)
- Familiarity with payroll software, Tax regulations and generate payroll procedure is crucial
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and problem-solving skills are also highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Age below 30 years
- Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
- Candidate close to Maharagama area is added advantage
Job Profile
- Managing and updating attendance system
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
- Responsible for employee final payments
- Prepare monthly overtime and sales commission payments
- Responsible for the monthly payroll processing and payroll related reports
- Assist for HR day to day functions
- Coordinate with team members and attend to their inquiries
- Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors
