HR Executive – Payroll

Candidate Profile

  • A degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is often preferred
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in payroll system
  • Prior experience as an HR Assistant, especially with payroll processing is highly valuable
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office packages with Sinhala and English typing)
  • Familiarity with payroll software, Tax regulations and generate payroll procedure is crucial
  • Attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and problem-solving skills are also highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Age below 30 years
  • Candidate with immediate availability is preferred
  • Candidate close to Maharagama area is added advantage

Job Profile

  • Managing and updating attendance system
  • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies
  • Responsible for employee final payments
  • Prepare monthly overtime and sales commission payments
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll processing and payroll related reports
  • Assist for HR day to day functions
  • Coordinate with team members and attend to their inquiries
  • Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors
