Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Tender Document Preparation.
- Preparing Subcontractors' payment certificates.
Qualification & Experience:
- Professional/academic qualification relating to Quantity Surveyor.
- Minimum of five (05) years' experience in construction works.
- Knowledge about current market rates & tender process.
Requirements:
- Age below 40 years & Male/Female applicants are preferred.
- Riding Licence and Light vehicle driving license.
- Fair Knowledge of (English Oral and Writing).
