Play a leading role in capacity/ Production planning for a customer account/ factory and be responsible for accurate maintenance of the systems to ensure the availability of real time planning information.
- Schedule and attend merchandising and production meetings to ascertain issues and determine effective solutions required to prepare and maintain a secured detailed plan well in advance to ensure undisrupted plan.
- Responsible to monitor and evaluate raw materials, manpower planning and continuous follow ups to achieve the plan.
- Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization at minimum cost.
- Drive the production team to achieve the production targets on time.
- Update production status time to time according to the current situation and monitor shipment status.
- Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on current systems and update/ analyze/ review reports to facilitate production operations and management decision making.
- Distribute production plan to all related production staff and meetings to implement plan.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role as and when requested by management.
Requirement
- A Degree in Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physical Science/ Engineering From a recognize University.
- Minimum of 04 years’ relevant work experience in multiple product planning.
- Knowledge in production functions/ capacities/ Process with mathematical background and analytical ability.
- Result & goal-oriented attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
