Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Drive customer retention and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships.
- Enhance brand reputation through positive customer experiences, reviews, and word-of-mouth referrals.
- Understand customer needs to provide personalized lending product and service recommendations, and educate customers on additional financial offerings to boost sales.
- Assist new customers with tailored support, building trust and expanding market reach.
- Efficiently handle complaints to prevent negative publicity and maintain detailed interaction records.
- Uphold a high standard of service to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, Tamil, and any other languages is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and social media management.
- Use data analytics to track customer behavior and predict trends.
- Age between 20-32 years.
