Nursing Educator

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the sole responsible entity for planning and delivering refresher training sessions for all nursing staff.
- Conduct structured training programs with a strong emphasis on both theoretical knowledge and practical skill application.
- Ensure nursing teams remain current with international best practices and protocols in patient care.
- Regularly assess the competencies of nursing staff and identify training needs.
- Develop and update training materials, manuals, and competency checklists in line with global healthcare standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the nursing team.
- Collaborate with the clinical governance and quality teams to align training initiatives with hospital objectives.
Candidate Profile :
- A qualified and registered nurse with extensive clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical education and training delivery, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Up-to-date knowledge of international nursing standards, evidence-based practices, and evolving healthcare trends.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing training programs with minimal supervision.
- A postgraduate qualification in nursing education or a related field would be an added advantage.
