Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulations set by authorities
- Assist to Provide detailed, up-to-date reports to management and relevant bodies on compliance issues and required information.
- Assist to ensure timely submission of statutory reports to regulatory authorities.
- Lead compliance projects with technical excellence, ensuring a practical and business-focused approach.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Monitor, follow up, and report on compliance status continuously.
- Keep teams informed of regulatory updates and developments in a timely manner.
- Promote compliance awareness and deliver necessary training to the staff.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree from a recognized university or a full/part professional qualification in Finance, Business Management, or Compliance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a reputed organization handling compliance or finance.
- Proven ability to liaise with regulators and strong knowledge of regulations relevant to the finance industry (NBFI, AML & CFT).
- Strong understanding of compliance management within the financial sector.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
