TRAINING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development function, ideally within the hospitality or leisure industry
  • Certifications in Training - CHE, CHT or similar from a recognised institute
  • Familiarity with various training technologies, such as learning management systems, virtual training platforms and e-learning tools
  • A thorough understanding of the principles and practices of team members’ training and development.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programmes and present to an audience
  • Strong project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
