Call Centre Operator (Trilingual)
Location: Battaramulla (Residents in close proximity are encouraged to apply) We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Call Centre Operator (Trilingual) to join our growing team!
Requirements:
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil – a must
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- With or without prior experience - training will be provided
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Candidates residing near Battaramulla will be given preference
- Salary would be around 43,000/= plus Over Time allowed
